When I arrived I was confronted by a rude, disheveled , grossly obese 20’s young woman who was very dismissive and ill mannered. I should have walked out right then. She made a big deal about not having an appointment when there was only one other customer in the building. As she was cutting my hair she was constantly stopping and shouting at other employees about how they were sweeping the floor and when other customers walked in without an appointment she continued to stop with my haircut to dress them down as well. She is a disgusting, low class person who did a TERRIBLE job cutting my hair as well as being a crude, disgusting employee. Don’t know whit criteria you use in picking employees but I hope you wake up about her or close your doors. Never again.

My 16 year old son went to get his haircut today and came out very upset! The stylist he said complained the entire time, her clippers kept dying and he came out with the worst haircut ever. We are now frantically trying to find any place open to fix as he looks ridiculous! We will never be going back!

I have been a long time customer and will now never be going back. Always have asked for the same haircut and it never comes out looking the same, yesterday's was the last straw. Lady barely asked questions while she sheared my whole head into something I did not want to begin with. After the shearing was done she was going to put gel in wet hair to the very little I had left on my head, and I had to ask for my hair to be dried. Clearly need some education on styling and men's haircuts. If you are serious about your hair and lose confidence from a bad haircut...don’t go here.
